“MORE THAN A REUNION” FOR THE 2012 RCA SOLDIER APPRENTICE/INSTRUCTORS REUNION
This a confirmation bulletin to all RCA Apprentices and Instructors for the
2012 RCA Apprentice Reunion. The purpose of this bulletin is to assist the planning committee with the final preparation of this event. We would also like you to confirm your plans at this time.
MORE THAN A REUNION
A Victoria location adds another dimension for those wishing to attend the reunion. Vancouver Island consistently shows up in travel magazines as one of the top three Islands in the world to visit and Victoria is the jewel of this crown. One should consider a visit longer than the 2-3 day reunion as this can be “More than a Reunion”. Apprentice live in all parts of Vancouver Island and the main land. Extend your trip a few days before or after to see more of the West Coast. Come back to the east side of the Island for whale watching, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and boating.

Tues. May 22nd- (1700 hrs. – 2000 hrs.)
Social gathering, Meet & Greet
Wed. May 23rd- (1700 hrs. to 2100 hrs.)
Social gathering, Dinner Buffet, group photographs, door prize draw
Thurs. May 24th-
No host Farewell Breakfast, door prize
3. Some tours will be organized( details to follow with Registration Form)
4. Accommodations- Esquimalt Base Accommodations;
or hotels, motels or RV Resorts of your choice.
5. Cost ($50.00 to $65.00 per person( We paid $50.00 three years ago)

a. “yes” I will be attending (how many and year of enrolment);
b. “maybe” (not sure at this time, year of enrolment); and
c. “no” I will not be attending (year of enrolment).
