The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery

The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery has a new Director of Artillery. The Change of Authority ceremony from Colonel B.W.G. McPherson, CD to Colonel L.C. Dalton, CD was held at the Normandy Officers Mess in Petawawa on Saturday 18 Feburary 2012. The Senior Serving Gunner, Lieutenant-General S.A. Beare, CMM, MSM, CD presided over the ceremony.  LGen Beare extended the thanks of The Royal Regiment to the outgoing DArty for his service to the Regiment  and wished the new DArty all the best as he assumes the very important task of representing the Artillery Branch in the Canadian Forces.
