Adams, Barbara - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Barbara Adams wife of Bill Adams on 06 August 2007 in Trenton, ON. 


Allen, Bill WO (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Bill Allen in July 2006 in Lacombe, AB.  He served with 3 RCHA, CFB Shilo, FAS, and Yellowknife.


Banks, Basil – It is with deepest regret that the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Basil Banks on 19 September 07.


Bishop, Harry MCpl (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Harry Bishop on 26 September 2006 in Deer Lodge Winnipeg, MB.  He served with 2 RCHA and RCASC.


Bishop, Vernon Stanley (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Vernon Stanley Bishop on Febraury 2007 at the age of 83 in Moncton, NB.  He served with  7 Battery, 5 Medium Regiment, RCA during WWII.


Blackburn, George – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of George Blackburn on 15 November 2006 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Bonnell, George Elmer, F.C.R.S., MD – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of George Bonnell on 26 July 07 at the age of 89 in Fredericton, NB.  He served with the Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII in England, Italy, France, and the Netherlands, was awarded twice mentioned in Dispatches for bravery.


Borland, Robert Rae (Buzz) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Robert Rae Borland on 05 September 2006 at the age of 84 in Bedford, ON.  He served during WWII.


Buchanan, William Kent (Buck) Major (Ret’d) – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Buck Buchanan on 13 September 07 at the age of 92 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with the Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII with 1st Medium Regiment in Italy and the 664th Air O.P. Sqadron RCA in NW Europe.  After WWII he was posted to RCAS in Shilo.


Bruce, A. Dexter- It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Dexter Bruce on 27 June 2006 in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.  He served during Korean War.


Bruce, Robert William- It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Robert William Bruce on 06 November 2006 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Chimko, John WOII (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of John Chimko on 11 January 2007.  He served with RCHA for 25 years.


Chouinard, Joseph Ralph – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Joseph Chouinard on 26 December 2006 at the age of 87.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII with 4 Medium Regiment.


Clattenburg, Peter – It is with deepest regret the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Peter Clattenburg on 27 September 2007.  He served with 2 RCHA band in Petawawa.


Cottingham, Richard Rollit Major (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Richard Cottingham in Sackville, ON. 


Darling, Walter - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Walter Darling on 01 August 2007 at the age of 87 in Ottawa, ON. He served during WWII and after the war with The Royal Canadian Artillery.


Davidson, Bob Maj (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Bob Davidson at the age of 82.  He served The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Davis, Gordon Alfred “Smiley” (Ret’d) Sgt - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Smiley Davis on 10 Janury 2007 at the age of 75 in Brandon, MB.  He served with RCHA for 33.5 years.


Dean, Robert “Bob” Roy – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Bob Dean on 20 July 2007. He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Dearman, Paul MWO (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Paul Dearman on 03 December 2006 at the age of 61 in Germany.  He served with 1,2,3 RCHA, FAS and W Bty.


Dervent, Larry – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Larry Dervent on 16 August 2006 at the age of 61 in Ajax Pickering, ON.


Deveau, Gerry – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Gerry Deveau on 20 July 2007.  He served with 5 RALC.


Doyle, John LCol (Ret’d) – It is with deepest regret the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of LCol John Doyle on 1 October 2007 in Cape Breton, NS.  He served in Petawawa, Gagetown, Calgary, Ottawa and Halifax. He served overseas in Cyprus, Germany, Iraq and Sierra Leone.


Dubois, Regent - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Regent Dubois on 22 June 2007.


Edgett, Charles Hebert (Herb) – It is with deepest regret that the The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Herb Edgett on  12 January 2003 at the age of 80 in Moncton, NB.  He served with 2 Field Regiment and 8th Field Battery in WWII.


Fedder, Joseph - It is with deepest regret that The 7th Toronto Regiment announces the passing of Joseph Fedder in April 2004 in Toronto.


Felix, Frank - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Frank Felix on 25 July 2007.


Filliter, David It is with the deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of David Filliter on 21 August 2006 in Saint John, NB.  He served during WWII.


Foster, Donald R. LCol - It is with deepest regret The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Donald Foster on 15 September 2006 at the age of 75 in Ottawa, ON. 


Francis, Jeff Capt - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing Capt Jeff Francis on 04 Jul 2007 in Afghanistan.  He was the Forward Observation Officer with D Bty and served with C Bty 1 RCHA.


Gillis, Gordon -    It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Gordon Gillis on 22 July 2007.


Gillis, Mac – It is with deepest regret the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Mac Gillis on 17 September 2007.  He served with 1st Lt Bty, RCA and 2 RCHA in Korea.


Hegan, T.G.K. (George) LCol (Ret’d) – It is with deepest regret The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of T.G.K. (George) Hegan on 11 September 2006, in Melville, SK.


Hills, Bob- It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Bob Hills on 25 July 2007.  He was a member of 4 RCHA and he was a soldier apprentice.


Holder, Ronald Robert Gnr (Ret’d) – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Ronald Holder on 07 March 2007 at the age of 89 in Fredericton, NB. He served The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Holmes, Marcus Hughes – It is with deepest regret The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Marcus Hughes Holmes on 29 September 2006 at the age of 93 in Gagnes, Salt Spring Island, BC.  He served with the Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Hunter, Stanley Patrick LCol (Ret’d). - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Stanley Hunter at the age of 70.  He served The Royal Canadian Artillery.


Jackson, William Arthur - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of William Jackson on 21 June 2007 at the age of 82.  He served with 15th Field Artillery Regiment RCA during WWII.


Kearney, Nellie John Sophie(Moulding) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Nellie Kearney on 10 November 2006 at the age of 86 in Surrey, BC. 


Killaly, Wilmer Kenneth - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Wilmer Killaly on 4 July 2007at the age of 76.  He served during the Korean War.


Larocque, Royal (J.R.) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Royal (J.R.) Larocque on 07 March 2006 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with 2 RCHA.


Larkin, Terrance (Terry) John Maj (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Terry Larkin on 1 July 2006 at the age of 87, in Victoria, BC.  He served during WWII.


Logan, Hartley - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Hartley Logan on 29 November 2003 at the age of 84 in Saint John, NB. He served The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Lonphee, Cammy Sgt (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Cammy Lonphee, à Nova Scotia.  He served with 1 RCHA and 2 RCHA.


Lyons, Clements A. Sgt (Ret’d) – It is with the deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Clements Lyons on 19 January 2006 at the age of 76, in Ludlow, NB.  He served with RCHA.


MacDonald, Joseph Archibald Raymond Perley -  It is with deepest regret the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of JARP MacDonald on 29 September 2007 at the age of 78 in Miramichi, NB.  He served with RCAS and in the Korea War.


MaCleod, R.A. - It is with deepest regret The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of R.A. MaCleod on 07 February 2007 in P.E.I. 


McCormick, Arthur Vincent -  It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Authur McCormick on 30 July 2007at the age of 85.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Monteith, Phillip – It is with the deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Phillip Monteith on 31 August 2006 in Saint John, NB.  He served during WWII.


Moss, Francis E. (Frank) CD, MWO (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of  MWO Frank Moss on 08 July 2007 at the age of 86 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII and the Korean War.


Muzzerall, Douglas Patrick – It is with deepest regret The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Douglas Muzzerall on 01 May 2006, in Saint John, NB. He served The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


O’Quinn, (T.J.) Tom Sgt (Ret’d) – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of  T.J. O’Quinn on 22 May 2006 at the age of 78 in Namaimo, BC. He served during the Korean War.  After he served with 2 RCHA and 4 RCHA.


Orton, John Swaffield - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of John Swaffield Orton on 14 July 2006 at the age of 89 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Palmer, Ronald Kenneth Lt. (Ret’d) -  It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Lt. Ronald Palmer on 09 July 2007 at the age of 89 in Saanichton, BC.  He served with RCA 7th Regiment (Overseas) and RCA HQ Canadian Pacific Force.


Patterson, Lawrence Walter - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Lawrence Patterson on 17 July 2006 at the age of 76, in Saint John, NB.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery.


Penfold, Ivan K. -  It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Ivan Penfold on 25 June 2006 in Perth, ON.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Quinn, C. Walter - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Walter Quinn on 7 July 2006 at the age of 91, in Saint John, NB.  He served during WWII.


Rogers, RA (Bob) Col (Ret’d) -  It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Col Bob Rogers on 9 June 2007 at the age of 93 in Victoria, BC.  He served in WWII, International Control Commission in Laos, Vietnam and was CIG School of Artillery in Shilo.


Sabean, Marty -  It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Marty Sabean on 03 August 2007.


Sauders, William (Buck) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Buck Sauders on 4 June 2006 at the age of 89 in Calgary, AB.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Savage, Harry (Doc) Alexander – It is with deepest regret The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Harry Savage on 23 March 2003 at the age of 61.  He served with the Royal Canadian Artillery during WWII.


Smith, Frank - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Frank Smith on 20 January 2007 at the age of 87 in Bowmanville, ON.  He served with the The Royal Canadian Artillery in WWII.


Smithers, Ralph MBdr (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Ralph Smithers in August 2005.  He served with 2 RCHA, 4 RCHA and SSM Bty.


Stokes, Hedley - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Hedley Stokes on 16 September 2006 at the age of 82 in Ottawa, ON.  He served in WWII with RCA 2nd Survey Regt. 


Strang, Allen Edwin - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Allen Edwin Strang on 10 October 2006 at the age of 85 in Fredericton, NB.  He served with 5th  Field Regiment, RCA.


Thompson, William (Bill) Raymond - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of William Thompson on 03 January 2007 at the age of 89.  He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery in WWII. 


Tucker, Lorrie (Sonny) MBdr (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Lorrie Tucker on 28 August 2006, at the age of 84 in Pembroke, ON.  He served with 2 RCHA and SSM Bty.


Vieau, D. John – It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of John Vieau on 01 January 2007 at the age of 66 in Trenton, ON.  He served with 2 RCHA, 3 RCHA, and 4 RCHA.


Wagg, Fred G. RSM (Ret’d) - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Fred G. Wagg on 10 October 2006.  He served in the Regular Force and 26 Field Regiment.


Watkin, Pat - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Pat Watkin on 7 May 2006.


William, Bill (Mr Gnr) MWO - It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Bill Williams on 18 July 2006 in Ottawa, ON.  He served with 2 RCHA and RCSA.


Williams, Vic It is with deepest regret that The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery announces the passing of Vic Williams on 04 August 2007.  He was a soldier apprentice.
